Viewing Run History (2.7)
You can view the history and current status for any recipes and snapshots that you have run or are currently running.
The recipe run details provide information on dropped records, validation errors, and reconciliation errors.
Run History of a Recipe
To view the run history of a recipe:

Click the Recipes icon in the application menu.

Click the recipe.

Click View Run History.
This displays the Recipe Run History page, which provides summary information for all runs of the selected recipe, as well as a link to the details for each run:

Snapshot ID—Internal identifier of the snapshot.

Start Time—Indicates the date and time when this run of the recipe was started.
-
End Time—Indicates the date and time when this run of the recipe was completed.
-
Error Details—Displays error details from this run, if any.

Status—Indicates the status of the task.
-
Visual Trace—Provides a link to a trace session (for internal use by your solution partner).
-
Record Report—Provides a link to the details for this recipe run.
Recipe Run Details and Downloadable Reports
To display the details of a recipe run:

Click the Recipes icon in the application menu.

Click the recipe.
-
Click View Run History.
-
Click the link in the Record Report column for the run of interest.
This displays a page that reports on all activities within the recipe. The page has expandable sections, by activity type, so that you can display only the data of interest to you.
When you view the validation and reconciliation sections, you have the option of downloading the validation and reconciliation reports, respectively.
Run History of a Snapshot
To view the run history of a snapshot:

Click the Snapshot icon in the application menu.

Click the snapshot.

Click Snapshot History.
This displays the Snapshot History page, which presents the following information:

Snapshot ID—Internal identifier of the snapshot.

Start Time—Indicates the date and time when this snapshot was started.

End Time—Indicates the date and time when this snapshot was completed.

Duration—Indicates how long the task took (or has taken).
-
Total Records—Indicates the number of records in this snapshot.

Status—Indicates the status of the task.
-
Error—Displays error details from this run, if any.
-
Visual Trace—Provides a link to a trace session (for internal use by your solution partner).

Tag Name—Displays the tag applied to this task.
You can use the filters above the table column to filter the display.
Here you can retag a snapshot run.
Run History from the Business Scheduler
You can also view the run history of any task from within the Business Scheduler.
To view the run history of any task:

Click the Business Scheduler icon in the application menu.
The system displays a table that lists the currently defined schedule items; if needed, use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down what is shown.

Click the description of the task.
The bottom of the page includes the Run History section, which presents the following information:

Status—Indicates the status of the task.
-
Event Time—Indicates the date and time when this task was started.
-
Elapsed—Indicates how long the task took (or has taken).
-
Run by User—Indicates which user ran this task.
-
Error Details—Displays error details from the last run, if any.

Visual Trace—Provides a link to a trace session (for internal use).
Task Status
The status of any task can be any of the following:

Idle—The task is not running.
-
Starting—The task is starting.
-
RunningWait—The task is running but is in a waiting state.
-
Running—The task is actively running.
-
Error—The task has encountered an error and has stopped. See Handling Task Errors.

Complete—The task has completed.
-
Aborted—A user aborted the task (or the system automatically aborted the task).
