HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.SubstanceNucleicAcid

class HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.SubstanceNucleicAcid extends HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Base.DomainResource

Nucleic acids are defined by three distinct elements: the base, sugar and linkage. Individual substance/moiety IDs will be created for each of these elements. The nucleotide sequence will be always entered in the 5?-3? direction.

Parameters

parameter ELEMENTQUALIFIED = 1;
Inherited description: ELEMENTQUALIFIED controls the format of exported XML. The ELEMENTQUALIFIED specification should be based on the elementFormDefault attribute of the schema that defines the type. To maintain compatibility, ELEMENTQUALIFIED will default to 1 (true) for literal format export and will default to 0 (false) for encoded or encoded12 format export. These were the values always previously assumed for the elementFormDefault attribute.

NOTE: Direct use of XMLExport method does not support the ELEMENTQUALIFIED. The export must be done using %XML.Writer or SOAP support.

parameter XMLNAME = SubstanceNucleicAcid;
Inherited description: This parameter provides the default XMLNAME for the class. If it is empty then the class name will be used to construct a default XML name. The default XMLNAME is used as the top level tag when exporting objects and the export context did not provide an XML container name.
parameter XMLPROJECTION = ELEMENT;
parameter XMLSEQUENCE = 1;
Inherited description: If the XMLSEQUENCE = 1, then the order of the XML elements must match the order of the class properties. This allows us to deal with XML where the same field appears multiple times and is distinguished by the order.
parameter XMLTYPE = SubstanceNucleicAcid;
Inherited description: This parameter provides the default XMLTYPE for the class. If it is empty then the class name will be used to construct a default XML type.

The default XMLTYPE is used when naming and referencing this type in a schema and the schema context did not provide an XML type name.

Properties

property areaOfHybridisation as %String (MAXLEN = 1000000, XMLNAME = "areaOfHybridisation", XMLPROJECTION = "ATTRIBUTE");
string

The area of hybridisation shall be described if applicable for double stranded RNA or DNA. The number associated with the subunit followed by the number associated to the residue shall be specified in increasing order. The underscore ?? shall be used as separator as follows: ?Subunitnumber Residue?

Property methods: areaOfHybridisationDisplayToLogical(), areaOfHybridisationGet(), areaOfHybridisationIsValid(), areaOfHybridisationLogicalToDisplay(), areaOfHybridisationLogicalToOdbc(), areaOfHybridisationNormalize(), areaOfHybridisationSet()
property numberOfSubunits as %Integer (XMLNAME = "numberOfSubunits", XMLPROJECTION = "ATTRIBUTE");
integer

The number of linear sequences of nucleotides linked through phosphodiester bonds shall be described. Subunits would be strands of nucleic acids that are tightly associated typically through Watson-Crick base pairing. NOTE: If not specified in the reference source, the assumption is that there is 1 subunit.

Property methods: numberOfSubunitsDisplayToLogical(), numberOfSubunitsGet(), numberOfSubunitsIsValid(), numberOfSubunitsLogicalToDisplay(), numberOfSubunitsNormalize(), numberOfSubunitsSet(), numberOfSubunitsXSDToLogical()
property oligoNucleotideType as HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Datatype.CodeableConcept (XMLNAME = "oligoNucleotideType", XMLPROJECTION = "ELEMENT");
CodeableConcept

(TBC)

any FHIR4 code from any ValueSet may be used.

Property methods: oligoNucleotideTypeGet(), oligoNucleotideTypeGetSwizzled(), oligoNucleotideTypeIsValid(), oligoNucleotideTypeNewObject(), oligoNucleotideTypeSet()
property sequenceType as HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Datatype.CodeableConcept (XMLNAME = "sequenceType", XMLPROJECTION = "ELEMENT");
CodeableConcept

The type of the sequence shall be specified based on a controlled vocabulary.

any FHIR4 code from any ValueSet may be used.

Property methods: sequenceTypeGet(), sequenceTypeGetSwizzled(), sequenceTypeIsValid(), sequenceTypeNewObject(), sequenceTypeSet()
property subunit as list of HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Element.SubstanceNucleicAcid.subunit (XMLNAME = "subunit", XMLPROJECTION = "ELEMENT");
BackboneElement

Subunits are listed in order of decreasing length; sequences of the same length will be ordered by molecular weight; subunits that have identical sequences will be repeated multiple times.

Property methods: subunitBuildValueArray(), subunitCollectionToDisplay(), subunitCollectionToOdbc(), subunitDisplayToCollection(), subunitGet(), subunitGetObject(), subunitGetObjectId(), subunitGetSwizzled(), subunitIsValid(), subunitOdbcToCollection(), subunitSet(), subunitSetObject(), subunitSetObjectId()
