InterSystems FHIR Server Known Issues

FHIR Server has the following known issues:

  • After a new version of FHIR Server is released, you may experience unexpected browser behavior while accessing the Cloud Services Portal. For example, navigation to another page in the Portal may not work. This problem occurs if your browser has cached versions of pages that are obsolete after the new version of FHIR Server is released. Try clearing your browser cache to resolve the issue. If this does not work, close and reopen your browser.
