Modify the memory settings programmatically.
Background Information
You typically modify memory settings via the Management Portal. See Configuring System Information in “Configuring Caché” in the Caché System Administration Guide. Also see Advanced Memory Settings in the Caché Additional Configuration Settings Reference.

Provides an interface to return the amount of shared memory heap, more commonly called generic memory heap (gmheap), used by the system. The special variable $SYSTEM is bound to the %SYSTEM package. This means that (for ObjectScript) instead of ##class(%SYSTEM.class).method(), you can use $SYSTEM.class.method().
