class HS.FHIRServer.Management.REST.v1.Utils extends HSMOD.REST.Async.API

This class largely exists to support the implementation of the FHIR Server Management REST API v1 by providing utility methods. Much of the functionality is implemented so as to comply with the Swagger spec defined in HS.FHIRServer.Management.REST.v1.spec.
