Title Property Characteristics
In the Property Characteristics page, we have clicked on the Required check box to indicate that every Film object must have a Title and the Indexed check box
to have Caché maintain an index for this property.

An index, or cross reference, enables Caché to rapidly perform searches based on values of the indexed property. We should index all properties that are used frequently for searches, but not specify unnecessary indices, because each one adds a little extra work when an object is added, modified, or deleted. Don't worry about getting this right the first time, though, because we can always add indices to a class later, even after there are objects in the database.
