HealthShare Personal Community Operational Reporting Product Area Guide

1. Overview

This guide describes the decisions to make regarding operational reporting. It contains the following topics:

  • About the Default Dashboards
  • Business Decisions

You can use dashboards in Personal Community to ask and answer sophisticated questions of your data. You can create interactive widgets, visualize data in different ways, send alerts, and more. Personal Community includes a default set of dashboards that provide information related to general operational reporting, such as page view and member activity reports.

All reporting is available via the Dashboards tab in the Workbench. By default, the dashboard categories include:

  • Task Management

  • Enrolled User Activity

  • Enrollment

  • Enrollment Activation

  • Secure Messaging

  • Workbench Searches

Different categories and individual dashboards may require different roles for permitted viewing. For example, in order to view the Task Management category, a user must be an active task manager.

You can customize the dashboards in a number of ways, including adding, deleting, and rearranging dashboards, and changing the permissions required to view each dashboard.
