SSO Configuration (2.13)

InterSystems Data Studio™ supports OAuth 2.0 and InterSystems IRIS SSO for authentication. Before configuring SSO, ensure that your authentication provider has been configured for single sign-on and that you have the information required by your selected authentication method.

To specify the single sign-on (SSO) configuration that governs authentication to Data Studio:

1. Click the Management icon in the application menu.

2. In the Security section, click SSO Configuration .

3. Select one of the following:

   • OAuth 2.0

   • InterSystems IRIS SSO

4. For OAuth 2.0, provide the connection information supplied by your identity provider, including the issuer endpoint, client credentials, scopes, and any user attribute mappings required for Data Studio user accounts.

5. Click Apply Config .

   Or, to discard changes, navigate away from the page without clicking Apply Config.

To verify the configuration, sign out of Data Studio and sign in again. If the configuration is successful, authentication is handled by the configured SSO provider.
