Configuring InterSystems IRIS During Deployment

InterSystems Supply Chain Orchestrator™ provides two ways to automatically configure instances during deployment to obtain topologies such as mirrors, distributed cache clusters, and sharded clusters out of the box:

• The InterSystems Kubernetes Operator (IKO) is a Kubernetes custom resource for deploying on Kubernetes platforms.

• The configuration merge feature supports automated deployment by letting you vary the configurations of multiple Supply Chain Orchestrator instances deployed from the same container image or installation kit on UNIX® or Linux, including Linux cloud nodes. Configuration merge is available as a standalone feature and is also incorporated in both ICM and the IKO.
