InterSystems Native SDKs

The InterSystems IRIS for Health™ Native SDKs provide lightweight interfaces that let you directly access globals, the tree-based sparse arrays that form the basis of the InterSystems multidimensional storage model and underlie the InterSystems IRIS for Health object and SQL interfaces. These native data structures provide very fast, flexible storage and retrieval. InterSystems IRIS for Health uses globals to make data available as objects or relational tables, but you can use the Native SDK to implement your own data structures.

The Java and .NET Native SDKs also enable your Java or .NET application to work with InterSystems IRIS for Health objects as easily as if they were native Java or .NET objects.

InterSystems provides the following Native SDKs:

Native SDK for Java

Native SDK for .NET

Native SDK for Python

Native SDK for Node.js
