Run a Diagnostic Report and send the results to the WRC
Description
When diagnosing an issue or problem with the Worldwide Response Center (WRC), create a Diagnostic Report. The report contains information that the WRC can use to identify the issues with your instance.
Instructions
You can run a Diagnostic Report from the Diagnostic Report page of the Management Portal (System Operation > Diagnostic Reports). For more information, see Using the InterSystems Diagnostic Report.
